COVID-19 RESURGENCE MITIGATIONS
State Public Health Officials Announce COVID-19 Resurgence Mitigations to Take Effect in Regions 7 and 8 on October 23
Public use of all Township playgrounds,
structures, equipment, sporting facilities and buildings are limited to groups of no more than
50. Use of the trails and
properties are permitted to users complying with social distancing and Center for Disease Control guidelines for
non-contamination, non-contact activities such as walking, hiking, running and biking. Your cooperation is vital
in helping to reduce the strain upon emergency responders, staff and the healthcare system during this pandemic.
We will continue to monitor information from local, state and national authorities to determine next steps or the need to
revert to previous Phase guidelines. Homer Township appreciates your cooperation and extends its wishes for
everyone to be safe and well.
