Homer Township Parks
Homer
Township currently cares for seven parks
throughout the township.

Morris Park
This park is located off
163rd Street just west of Cedar Road. The park
has a fishing area, soccer fields,
picnicking area, and playground equipment.
Culver Memorial Park
This park is located in the
Pebble Creek subdivision off Parker Road. The
park has two baseball/softball fields, soccer
field, fishing pond, picnicking areas, as well
as playground equipment.
Edmond J. Sendra Park
This park is located on
Greenbrier Lane in the
Woodbine subdivision off 151st Street. The park has a walking path as
well as playground equipment.
Yangas Park
This park is located on Venetion
Way in the
Derby Meadows subdivision off Will-Cook Road. The park has new playground equipment,
volleyball nets, tennis courts, basketball courts and a picnic area.
Lamers Park
This park is located at the end
of Lakeview Trail in the
Twin Lakes subdivision off 159th Street. The park has a fishing pond
and picnicking area.
Goreham Park
This park is located on Pheasant
Lane in the
Derby Hills subdivision off 143rd Street. The park has a walking path as
well as new playground equipment.
Homer Township
Sports Complex
This park is located off
151st street just behind the Homer Township Administration Center. The park has
two football fields, four baseball/softball
fields, concession stand and a pavilion.
All the fields have lights for night games.
