"Founders Crossing"
Over 3,000
senior citizens call Homer Township home. Many
of these seniors literally built Homer Township
into the wonderful community that it is today.
Founders Crossing will help keep our treasured
senior citizens in the area they helped create.
This complex has a total of 30 units on 5 acres.
Each unit has approximately 950 SF with 2
bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen/dinette, living
room and a single car attached garage. The
development is located at 14800 S. Bell Road
with the Township’s Open Space on three sides
and a commercial development between the units
and Bell
Road.
The Activity Center is about 1800 SF and used
for Township Committee meetings and by the
residents of the Township. All Homer
Township/Glen residents may rent the Activity
Center for a fee. The residents of Founders
Crossing do not pay for the use of this
facility.
