Dial-A-Ride

Title 20 Cards

 

Requirements for the Title 20 card to ride the Pace Dial-A-Ride bus free are:

1.) 60 and over—you MUST have proof of age with your birth date listed (drivers license, I.D. card, or birth certificate)

2.) Need

3.) $2.00 Processing Fee

4.) Boundary Limits—you must live in the city of Joliet, Joliet Township, Plainfield Township, Lockport Township, Troy Township, Homer Township, or Jackson Township.  You can obtain your Title 20 card at the Senior Services Center of Will County at 251 North Center Street in Joliet, IL or you can apply at the Homer Township Administration Office, 14350 W. 151st St.

Alzheimer’s Support Group

 Meet the  Alzheimer’s  Association  Greater  Illinois  Chapter sponsors  a  Caregiver’s   Support  Group on the Second Wednesday of every month at 10:30am. Meetings are held at Victorian Village in the Grand Victorian Building, 12565 W. Renaissance Circle in Homer Glen. Victorian Village will provide Adult Daycare Services during the meeting at no charge. Please call in advance to utilize this service.

V.I.P. Homebound Delivery Service

     Provided to the Residents of
The Homer Township Public Library District.
This is a service for Homer Township Residents who are  temporarily or  permanently confined to their homes. Request specific categories and/or titles of Books, Magazines and Videos. Or our staff will be happy to choose the selection.  Even Library Membership can be obtained through this service. Book Bags  will be delivered and picked up the 1st and 3rd  Wednesday of the  Month. Contact the  Library for further details. Please ask for
