Certification for Parking Placard Application

Homer Township has a limited selection of gently used medical equipment (walker, cane, shower seat, wheel chair, transfer seat, etc...) that can be borrowed, for temporary use, at no cost to residents of Homer Township.
Please call the office to see if any of these items may be available to assist in your recovery.

We accept gently used medical
equipment for this purpose.

Title 20 Cards

Requirements for the
Title 20 card are:

1.) You must be 60 or older and present proof of age with your birth date listed (drivers license, I.D. card, or birth certificate)
2.) Fill out application form
3.) Pay $5.00 Processing Fee

The Dial-A-Ride program has boundary limits.
The buses will only take you between the City of Joliet, Joliet Township, Plainfield Township, Lockport Township, Troy Township, Homer Township, or Jackson Township.

Citizens can request specific categories and/or titles of books, magazines and videos. The library staff will be happy to gather your selections.  Even library memberships can be obtained through the V.I.P. service.
